The Overlay Process

	Chippewa Concrete will come to your home and repair and rejuvenate your old concrete, preparing it for the overlayment system.
	With the cracks repaired and the surface cleaned we then apply a polymer mix coating over your existing concrete. This is done to ensure the long-lasting bond between the concrete and the new overlayment. A durable colored concrete blend is then poured directly over the surface of the existing bond coated surface.
	With precision and care, the pattern of your choice is painstakingly aligned and pressed into the new surface of your concrete.
	Finally, a minimum of two coats of a stain resistant sealer is applied. Sealer makes the colors vibrant and also ensures the integrity and longevity of your new gorgeous overlayment.
