| My supplier is know to be the one of the best and creates superior products. Although the products have no "written" warranty, I am a certified
trained professional that takes pride in my work. If, for any reason, a problem should arise, I will come back to determine the cause and we
will work together to solve it to your satisfaction. My ultimate goal is superior customer service.

| 3. | Can I pick my own colors and how many can I pick? |
| Yes. Colors and patterns are completely up to you for both overlayments and stamped concrete. My price will include the base color and one additional antique color. You are free to pick as many colors as you like at an additional charge. My job is to help you pick colors that are best for your home. Each home is unique and special, my goal is to compliment your home and achieve the "wow" factor. |

| 5. | Is there anything I need to do to maintain my stamp work? |
| Stamped concrete is made to last for many,many carefree years! However, if it is in direct sunlight, I suggest you have it resealed every 2
years to ensure its lasting beauty. This is not pertinent to the integrity, just the appearance!! Other than that, there is no maintenance required

| 6. | My concrete is cracked, can I still have a stamped overlay? |
| Yes!! I can repair most cracks. I will need to see the degree to which is it cracked, but 99% of the time it is repairable with my crack repair kit. This will ensure that the crack will not come back through your new overlayment. |

| 7. | Are there more textures available? |
| Yes!! I have a wide assortment of textures that I can show you during an in-home consultation. You are not limited by what is here at the web site. |

| 8. | Can intricate patterns be imprinted? |
| Yes. There is a wide variety of imprints from animals, birds and shells to leaves. They are really unique and add a ton of personality to your home. They are great patterns for walkways and patios. I can also show you these during an in-home consultation . |
